Digitalization in Azerbaijan is growing steadily, affecting not only business but also the public sector. The State Agency for Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency) managed to bring together public and private clinics to ensure the provision of health insurance services to the population.

Ramil Mehdiyev, Head of the IT and Innovations Office at the Agency, spoke about the challenges and problems faced by the specialists during the implementation of the project and how one single solution helped significantly improve the quality of service.
